The Agent Mataba website does not transmit, store or process information entered into the enquiry form. The form prepares a message locally in your browser. Nothing is sent until you choose to open WhatsApp and send it yourself.
WhatsApp enquiries
If you contact Agent Mataba through WhatsApp, your message and account information are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Agent Mataba uses the information you send only to review your requirement, respond to you and coordinate any agreed service.
Technical records
The hosting and network providers may create routine security and access logs, such as an IP address, request time and requested page. Agent Mataba does not use website analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Use of sensitive information
Do not enter identity documents, bank details, passwords, shipment documents or other confidential records into the enquiry form. Share sensitive documents only through an agreed secure channel after the requirement has been reviewed.
